The Bliss is a luxury apartment building in Orange, New Jersey. They needed a website where potential residents could explore the building and its amenities, get to know the neighborhood, and find an apartment. Visitors also needed an easy way to apply online.

The design had to feel as luxurious as the building itself. Generous spacing and refined typography give the pages room to breathe. The animations follow the same approach, with smooth movement that feels relaxed and never rushed.

We built the website in Webflow with an interactive apartment selector. Visitors click on the building to choose a floor, then select an apartment from the floor map. Each unit opens with its details, floor plan, pricing, and availability. They can apply directly from there.

The neighborhood pages include an interactive map of nearby shops and parks. Visitors can click through locations and see what's within reach of the building.

We also connected the backend so the leasing team can update pricing and availability themselves. They can keep apartment listings current without calling us for every change.

Only the landing page is live for now. The full website will launch in the next few weeks.
